Cabbage can be considered as an effective home remedy for back pain. An individual can use a mixture created by boiling cabbage leaves in milk. This paste can be applied on the affected area with a clean cloth.
Applying raw potato on the affected area can also reduce back pain. A paste of boiled and mashed potato can also be applied on the affected area.
Basil leaves can also help in curing the problem of back pain. To use this remedy, an individual is required to boil 10 – 15 basil leaves in a cup of water.Further, half a teaspoon of salt should be added to the boiled water. Frequent consumption of this mixture can help in reducing the back pain.
