Here Is Spicy And Delicious Pad Thai Recipe:
8 ounces of rice noodles
¼ cup of teaspoon of fish sauce
3 teaspoon of tamarind sauce
3 teaspoon of sugar
3 large teaspoon of peanut oil
1/112 pound of shrimp (large, peeled)
Garlic cloves (4, finely chopped)
2 whole shallots (sliced)
1 red chilles (fresh and sliced)
½ cup of peanuts (unsalted and roasted)
1 whole lime (cut into pieces)
¼ cup of cilantro leaves (fresh)
Direction To Prepare
Open noodles and soak them in cold water until they become tender but still firm to touch. Keep the time as 30 minutes. Drain the water once it is the time and keep aside
Take a bowl and mix fish sauce, sugar, and tamarind juice. Mix well so that the sugar is mixed properly.
Keep the wok on gas and keep on medium heat for heat. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil to the wok and add shrimp pieces to it. Stir-fry until they turn pink in color. It can take about 1-2 minutes. Remove the shrimp when cooked and keep in a plate.
Add oil, in the wok and put shallots, chilles, and garlic. Stir fry for subsequent 30 seconds. With the help of spatula, adjust this mixture to one side and break egg in the center of the wok. Stir the egg ad break it with the cooking spatula. Now add the noodles in the wok and stir in the mixture and egg. Pour fish sauce mixture (prepared in step 3) and stir properly to coat the noodles throughout. In case the noodles appear firm, add 1-2 teaspoon of water in the wok.
Once mixed properly, add about ½ teaspoon of bean sprouts and peanuts to it. Keep on stirring at the same time. Now add the shrimp pieces in the mixture and toss the mixture together to keep adjust all the ingredients at the same temperature.
This completes your pad Thai Take a platter and serve the pad Thai. Add the leftover peanuts and bean sprouts to it. Don’t forget to add lime wedges and cilantro. You may squeeze lime portion on pad Thai before eating. This well enhance the taste and will also grow your appetite.
