Exercise For Forehead

Massage your forehead with the help of your index finger in circular motion. Start from the of your eyebrows towards the temple. Do it alternatively on both sides for 2 minutes. Use almond oil or a nourishing cream for smooth strokes. This exercise will help to prevent and reduce fine lines and frown lines on the forehead.

Exercises For The Eyes

For sparkling and twinkling eyes, sit straight in front of a mirror. Try to close your eyes while lifting your eyebrows upwards. Stretch the muscles as much as you can without strain. Hold for a few open your eyes wide and hold for a few seconds. Relax and repeat to complete 10 rounds. Rotate your eyes clockwise and anti clockwise 5 times in each direction. These exercises will strengthen your eye muscles and make them shiny and sparkling. It will also improve your eyesight.

Exercises For Cheeks

The first signs of almost always appear on your cheeks. For high cheek bones, close your mouth and suck your cheeks in. Hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. Close your mouth and puff your cheeks in and out one by one 10 times each. Then puff out both the cheeks together, hold for 5 second. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Exercises For Chin And Neck

To combat double chin and to reduce fine lines from neck area do these exercises daily. Sit upright in a straight backed chair or on a mat. Tilt your head back, as much as you can. Hold for 5 seconds, slowly move it forward and bend it towards your chest. Try to touch the base of your neck with your chin.

Hold for 5 seconds. Lift your head and relax in normal position. Repeat 5 times. Stand straight and place your hands on the waist. Bend your head to touch the chin at the base of your neck. Close your eyes, breathe in and rotate your neck clockwise and anti clockwise. Do three rounds on each side. You should do this exercise very slowly and without jerks. In case you cannot do a full rotation, you may do half rotation for equal benefit.
