Suitable Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea

People suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea should eat a low fiber and soothing diet to relieve irritation and acid formation in the intestines. These foods include-


Banana is easy to digest; it strengthens the intestines and improves digestion. It helps to control diarrhea due to its probiotic properties. It is rich in soluble fiber that helps to absorb the liquid in intestines and improves the movement of stools.

Banana also restores the deficiency of potassium in the body and helps to recover from IBS with diarrhea.
