6 Best Chest Exercises for Women

The breasts are predominately a fatty tissue located directly over top of the pectoral muscles. One of the best ways to lift your breasts is to strengthen the muscles underneath your breasts as they help to support them. When these muscles are weak, they allow the breast tissue to sag. But if you develop these muscles, your breasts will get a nice lift.

Standing Chest Fly

While this exercise mainly works on your shoulders, there are some benefits for your chest muscles as well.

Stand or sit upright, with tummy tight and bend your elbows while holding the dumbbells.
Press your palms together. Hold for two seconds and release. Repeat 10-15 times.

Apply Pressure

It is one of the simplest exercise to plump up your breasts. Apply pressure with your chest muscles and hands facing a vertical wall. To do this exercise, face towards a wall. Now lean towards the wall with your hands and put pressure with your hands as you are trying to move the wall. Keep applying pressure for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat it for few minutes daily.

Chest Pass

This is another easy exercise you can do it at your home with the help of a medicine ball. This will lift your breasts and make them firm. Lie in the floor with your back straight. Hold a medicine ball in your hand and place it closer to your chest. Throw the ball up in the air and then catch it back again. Repeat this easy exercise 10 times daily.
