Every body loves dessert dish and cake is one of the favorite dessert for every body. No Bake Cheese Cake is one of the great desserts that every body loves. Here is the recipe for No Bake Cheese Cake. Try it yourself and enjoy it with your family.

The specialty about this cake is that it does not need baking as the name suggests. All the ingredients that we used in this dish are easily available. More over although it is a recipe of cake but no egg is used in this dish, so those who are vegetarian they can also try the recipe also.

No Bake Cheese Cake:

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 hours
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

For The Preparation Of Lower Layer You Will Need:

Biscuit Crumb 2 cup
Butter 3 table spoon
Powdered Sugar 2 table spoon.

For The Middle Layer Filling You Will Need:

Cream Cheese 400 gm
Condensed milk 200 gm
Whipped Cream 400 gm
Gelatin 1 tea spoon
Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.

For Upper Layer You Will Require:

Strawberry
Kiwi
Blueberry

Method:

Step 1:

Make thin slices from Kiwi and Strawberry; clean them with plenty of water and keep them in refrigerator. Do not slice the blueberry.

Step 2:

First we will make the lower layer of the cheese cake. It is so simple to prepare the layer. Take a big bowl and pour the biscuit crumb in the bowl. Add 3 table spoon of butter and the specified amount of powdered sugar in it. Mix all the ingredients with your hand.

Step 3:

Keep mixing all the ingredients until you have got a semi dry mixture. Take one 8 inch mold and pour this mixture in it. Spread the filling evenly in the mold and press it with a spatula from top. Keep pressing the mixture from all sides that is it get fixed in the mold.

Step 4:

Now wrap the mold with a sling film and keep it aside at least 2 hours so that it gets set in. Keep the mold in refrigerator for better result as the layer will set faster.

Step 5:

Now we will prepare the second layer or the middle layer of the No Bake Cheese Cake. Take another bowl and beat cream cheese with a hand blender in it. Also beat the whipped cream and add it in this bowl. Soak the gelatin in Luke warm water for 10 minutes and then add it in the bowl. Also add condensed milk and vanilla extract in this bowl. Mix all the ingredients well and beat them until you get the desired consistency.

Step 6:

Take the mold out from the refrigerator and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on the biscuit layer. Again wrap it with a sling film and keep it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours so that the middle layer gets set.

Step 7:

After that take it out from the refrigerator and garnish with blueberry, kiwi and strawberry slices on the top layer. Again wrap the mold with a sling film and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 8:

Take it out from the refrigerator, remove the sling film and mold from the cake. Serve your No Bake Cheese Cake chilled.

Quick Tip:

When you prepare the lower layer try to use melted butter with the biscuit crumb as the mixing procedure will be easy for you. For the upper layer you can choose any other fruits or fruit syrups for garnishing.
