Pregnancy surely brings with its share of problems, though a lot of women are lucky enough to sale through the entire tenure, without a worry. But for some, it means a lot of complications, which can be life threatening or even pose a threat to the little baby.

Health Problems During Pregnancy
Morning sickness is a common symptom of early pregnancy that usually goes away by the end of the first three months. Morning sickness or nausea (with or without vomiting) can happen at any time of the day and is caused by changes in hormones during pregnancy
A bit of spotting is very common during the early stages of pregnancy, however if you are having a little more bleeding than that, it simply means something is not right. High blood pressure is a common problem that most women face during this time. Overeating, change in hormones, sedate lifestyle and other factors contribute to the same.
However, low blood pressure may also happen with some women who are not eating right or suffer from excessive vomiting and nausea issues. In both cases, precaution needs to be exercised because it may pose a threat to the fetus by affecting the supply of oxygen.
Unfortunately, this is one of the times when terminating the pregnancy is the best alternative. Here the fetus is planted outside the fallopian tube, which in simple words is a threat to both the mother and child. It is diagnosed during the early stages via ultrasounds and it is best to have an abortion in such cases, because the chances of a successful pregnancy are negligible.
Anemia during pregnancy too is a serious problem. It is for this reasons that doctors prescribe iron supplements from the early stages of pregnancy.
Women usually find their hemoglobin levels shooting up but for some unfortunate ones, these levels tend to drop because of various internal factors. Again, this means threat to the fetus, along with sufficient blood and nutrients not reaching him or her for growth.
Considering the enormous amount of work your body is doing right now, it’s not unusual to feel completely exhausted. The best solution: rest! Give yourself permission to get the sleep you need, even if this means adjusting your schedule and asking for help with household chores
Apart from the above, common issues like getting excessive headaches, sweating, feeling of <strongnausea, vomiting, pain in the back, pain in the legs, etc. are very common during pregnancy. However, with ample rest, massage and a positive attitude they can be treated.
There’s no sure-fire way to prevent or get rid of stretch marks. But you can reduce your risk by trying to gain no more than a healthy amount of weight: 25 to 35 pounds (11 kg to 16 kg) for most women. Use lotion to keep your skin well hydrated and to avoid “itchy belly.” After the baby is born, the stretch marks will likely fade.
During pregnancy you’re likely to feel warmer than usual. This is due to hormonal changes and an increase in blood supply to the skin. You’re also likely to sweat more. It helps if you
